Step into a sanctuary of serenity and healing with in-person Reiki sessions. As you enter the tranquil space, you may immediately feel the soothing atmosphere enveloping you, inviting you to unwind and release the stresses of daily life.

Your journey begins as you settle comfortably onto the soft treatment table, surrounded by gentle lighting and calming music.

Reiki sessions are fully clothed. A soft blanket will be provided as it is common to feel chills or to desire the comfort and warmth a light blanket can provide.

With gentle hands placed lightly on or near your body (ie: head, shoulders, hands or knees), the practitioner will channel reiki, (rei- meaning universal spirit & ki-meaning life force or energy) to promote relaxation, balance, and holistic healing. As the energy flows through you, you may experience sensations of warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation, as stagnant energy is released and your natural vitality is restored.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs and intentions, whether you seek relief from physical discomfort, emotional healing, or simply a profound sense of peace and renewal. Throughout the session, you are encouraged to surrender to the healing energy, allowing it to work its transformative magic on every level of your being. *Reiki is not a replacement for licensed medical, mental or physical healthcare.

You may choose to communicate any physical or emotional feelings you may be experiencing or just have a fully silent session.

As the session draws to a close, you may emerge feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and aligned with your inner harmony. Take a moment to savor the profound sense of well-being that permeates your being, knowing that you've embarked on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment that will continue to unfold long after you leave our sacred space.

Reiki energy is intuitive and knows where you need it the most. Our bodies have an electromagnetic frequency that it resonates with. Disruptions occur when we have energy stored within us that causes a disharmony with our natural resonance. Reiki comboned with the balancing the Chakras helps keep our whole self, body, mind and spirit in a harmonious state of well being. Each of our seven Chakras (or energy points) are associated with specific organs, emotions, endocrines, elements and colors. Reiki is believed to help reduce stress and provide relaxation which allows the body to go through its natural healing processes.

Prior to the session we will speak briefly about any points of focus you may have. Time and space do not apply to Reiki, but we will discuss a day you would like to have the session performed.

When you are ready to receive the energy, prepare yourself in a quiet room by sitting or comfortably laying on the floor (couch or bed is ok as well) with pillow supports as needed. If you don’t have a quiet space, grab your earbuds and put on some soothing meditative Chakra music, (or what ever works best for you.) Quiet your mind with a short intention setting meditation that you are open and ready to receive Reiki and give it thanks for intuitively going where it knows it is needed the most for your highest good. Close your eyes and relax.

You will intuitively know when to bring yourself back to a place of awareness to your surroundings. Open your eyes, stretch, wiggle your fingers and toes. Drink a good big glass of water. (Water helps flush out any toxins the body may have released during the session.)

You may have a point of focus, but Reiki may be aware that it is needing to address an issue that may need more immediate attention for your highest well being. Trust the process. When Reiki goes where it needs, it doesn’t ignore the other points of focus, it just addresses everything in an order of importance.

You may feel something right away, like relaxation, or calmness, some have experienced a tingle sensation in various parts of the body. You may also have some clarity and insights. It isn’t uncommon to have unique experiences or no experiences at all. It doesn’t mean that the Reiki is or is not working. It is all normal. Every one experiences Reiki in their own unique way.

Recorded Multiple Card Read $30

This is for a multiple oracle card pull with intuitive & guided reading as well brief guidance centered around the card's theme. I sit in a space of meditation before the card read & do a full energy cleanse of not only myself, but the space I read the cards in & fully energy cleanse the oracle deck before each use. I use YouTube to share with you the unlisted video link so please provide me with an email I can send the link to. I will keep the link available for a minimum of 2 weeks on YouTube. ~Please allow up to 48 hours for video to be emailed/received.~

This event is for a personal multi card spread from an oracle deck with guidance one on one with me on Zoom for up to 45 minutes. I sit in a space of meditation before the card read & do a full energy cleanse of not only myself, but the space I read the cards in & fully energy cleanse the oracle deck before each use.

After a card pull, I will help explain the meaning of the cards pulled and help you navigate what the message mean to you.
